Responsibilities:
Lead results oriented performance improvement using proven methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma Driving continuous improvement to support strategic goals Partnering with site leaders and personnel to drive successful completion of projects Facilitating plan execution to meet site objectives and ensure long-term improvement Leading and managing teams of experienced subject matter experts by leveraging expertise in mentoring, navigation, relationship building, visioning, strategic thinking and team building Coaching and mentoring others in the practical application of Lean Six Sigma tools to lead improvement initiatives Facilitating and/or delivering training on the use of quality methodologies and tools Facilitates development of data collection tools data collection, summarization of data and reporting of findings Qualifications, Experience and Skills required:
