After School Program Director Position Available Qualifications needed:
Associates, BA, BS Degree or Master's in Early Childhood Education or related field Meets all CA state requirements for director position Any other teaching credentials are a plus If you enjoy and are passionate about working with children and early child education and want to be part of a rewarding job, then we want to meet you.
You MUST have outstanding organizational skills, MUST have exceptional management skills, MUST be an excellent communicator, MUST be able to lead, inspire and motivate after school staff to perform at their best, MUST be committed to personal excellence and holds oneself to a higher standard, MUST be an excellent problem solver, MUST have incredible patience, MUST love being a difference maker and MUST be able to handle the day to day operations of the After School Program.
Here are just some of the responsibilities you will have:
Manage and built student enrollment Create a culture and atmosphere of warmth, love and understanding Develop a welcoming environment for everyone Maintain excellent customer relationships Develop and implement recruiting and marketing campaigns for increasing enrollment Recruit, train and motivate team leaders Invoice and manage customer payments and tuition Handle and maintain licensing, accreditation, compliance with the standards of the state Be able to multitask like a champ Interact and encourage staff to interact with children daily Develop and improve systems necessary for the day to day operations of the program Implement curriculum and lessons plans This exciting opportunity will not last long! If you work well with children ages 5 and up and have an outgoing personality then this is the perfect opportunity for you! This opportunity starts at $15 per hour base pay plus bonus commissions based on attendance.
