Job Requirements - Hands on management of crews to meet production expectations - Productive working independently and with a crew to meet - Can take direction and give direction - Work with management for scheduling jobs and reporting job status - Maintain equipment and tools - Math skills - Understanding of construction phases and production units - Driving trucks and equipment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational skills - Proven track record of lead by example and exceeding expectations - Interested in self improvement and job development - Self-motivated combined with alignment with company vision - Must have clean DMV and pass drug test - Well groomed - TEAM PLAYER.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
