Customer Care Specialist
As the Customer Care Specialist, you will:
- Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
- Gather information.
- Research and resolve inquiries.
- Log customer calls.
A high school education or GED is required in addition to previous medical claims experience, customer service or call center experience, and strong telephone skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
