I am looking for Insured Contractors/Cleaning Services/Landscapers to service vacant residential properties in the Sacramento area.
The scope of work includes:
Initial services
- Debris removal
- Winterization (including pressure test)
- Grass cuts and basic landscaping
- Basic interior and exterior repairs
- Cleaning
- Documenting work completion with before, during, and after digital photographs. All photographs must be time and date stamped.
Routine services
-Bi-weekly landscaping
-Bi-weekly cleaning
Candidates must have regular access to the internet and can be contacted by cell phone. All candidates must be able to upload digital photographs into our database to document work completion.
1,000,000 General Liability Insurance required per each occurrence.
Work included but is not limited to initial secures, basic home repair (drywall, flooring, painting), lawn maintenance, debris removal (trash outs) and cleaning.
- Must have lawn mower/lawn tools
- Must have a digital camera to take before during and after photos
- Must have a computer with working internet and knowledge of computer use
- Time management is a must and must understand deadlines
- Must be honest, motivated, and dependable with a good attitude and strong work ethic
- Must have a reliable vehicle that can carry all equipment necessary
- Must have a valid driver's license and General Liability Insurance
- Must be able to follow directions
- Must have a cell phone
- Must be able to pass a background check

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
