Delta Construction Partners is a National Executive Search and Management Consulting Firm for the Nations premier General and Electrical Contractors and Industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Sacramento, California office.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the daily details of the project; including purchases, subcontracting, change orders and coordination of office and field activities during the construction period.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience for an electrical contractor
Must have experience in commercial and industrial electrical construction projects with electrical budgets in the $3million to $15million range
Qualified to ensure that goals and / or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed budget
Interacts effectively with internal and external personnel to facilitate job progress
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Must be proficient on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)
Skilled in prioritizing, organization and time management
Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and excel in a fast paced environment
Ensure that company procedures and processes are followed
Must be able to travel to jobsite for a couple days a week (approx. 2 hours away)
Strong employment stability
EDUCATION:
College degree is preferred, but not mandatory

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
